Believe me, I would be glad to tell the tale of Zan Shin and praise him to the Galaxy. That his misfortune must obscure our brother's valour is a blow against all of us - a blow upon a bruise.

History[edit]

Youth[edit]

The seventh Primarch landed upon the planet Tatuklaw, a planet divided into a vast sprawling hive and smaller fuedal island chains nestled into the congested Gen system, the home of the Rau-Khan Corporation, a business conglomerate that ruled the system with an iron fist. But it was upon one of these small islands that the Primarch made planetfall, crashing into the mountain side of the small fisherman village of Pygocé.

The village men banded together and ventured into the mountain pass to investigate the fallen star, surely a good omen. What they had found instead was a shattered metal pod, from within came the wailing cries of a infant. What they found within was no mere infant, but a writhing, pitiful creature bathed in a ghostly aura. The journey had damaged the Primarch's pod, the raw warp ravaging his flesh. The villagers wanted to kill the creature and cease its foul wailing, but one amongst them took pity upon the child and took him as his son. The fisherman, Zan Raku, and his wife were unable to bear their own children, so he viewed the boy as a gift, not a monster.

He swaddled the boy into his robes and brought him into the village, guarding him from the eyes of his

Personality[edit]

>Naive, quiet

Appearance[edit]

The Primarch of the Seventh was a mutant above all things, his presence barely tolerated by the more dogmatic Primarchs, and pitied for his misshapen form by those that deigned to treat him like a friend.

Zan Shin is a monstrous albino, bearing a terrible height almost matching the mountainous Onyx if not for a few solid inches. This tremendous height was often disguised by his horrible posture and wiry frame. While he was by no means frail like the Voidwatcher, he possessed a certain predatory, lean build, as opposed to a more solid frame like that of Onyx. His limbs were exceptionally long, his reach making him a formidable unarmed combatant, as well as his nails that were perpetually formed in blackened claws.

In fact, it was said that his very bones were an obsidian black, as his teeth and sweeping horns. While his wicked frame was something to behold, it was his visage that was truly his most horrific feature.
