Hammer & Bolter (alternatively: Hammer and Bolter) is was a monthly fiction magazine distributed by GW's Black Library. Published monthly from October 2010 through November 2012, it is available in downloadable e-book format. Spanning a total of 26 issues, it featured short stories and serial stories from a variety of BL authors, both well known (such as Dan Abnett and Ben Counter) as well as newer names. The stories took place in both the Warhammer Fantasy Battle world and the Warhammer 40,000 world.

Hammer & Bolter's issues held a variety of different story styles as well as varying media, including stand alone short stories, serial novellas, audio book links, and extracts from future publications (such as Gav Thorpe's Deliverance Lost).

In 2021 "Hammer & Bolter" was revived as a series of short animation pieces included as part of the Warhammer Plus subscription service. The first episode "Old Bale Eye" was released for free for 24 hours on the Warhammer Community website on 22nd August 2021.
