The Island of Blood was a short-lived expansion pack to the Warhammer Fantasy series. In this scenario, one band of High Elves faced a pack of Skaven, in the hopes of protecting a valuable artifact. While the relation to the novel of the same name remains unclear, one clan is featured here: Clan Klaw. It isn't obvious as to what Klaw's goals were, but they might have helped with the second assault on the Island of Blood.
This clan was given a slightly more significant role in the Age of Sigmar, being noted as one of the two originators for the much larger Clans Verminus. The other parent clan being the AoS exclusive Clan Skarrik.
