- Martial Arts: Neipouqan is a master of Artistry of War Style, his own creation. He is generally quite happy to teach it to his contemporaries in the Arts and Martial Arts community.

- Silver Brush: Produces infinite paint/ink/whatever, of any consistency or color. It also adds 3d to all Craft (Air) rolls involving it's use. Commitment cost 4m.

An immaculately beautiful galleria, it is covered in art accumulated over the thousands of years, and some more esoteric pieces provide an insight into the world. A separate room provides all the materials and tools for a skilled artist to produce art worthy of hanging in the galleries of both Creation and Malfeas.
It produces a Gem of Beautiful Artistry. It causes all art made while under it's effects to exert an unnatural mental influence on the viewer to stop and admire it, with the side-effect of forming an intimacy of awe towards the creator. 2wp to resist for a single month.
