Campaign:Spirit Cops
Introduction[edit]
It's not easy but you didn't have much of a choice in the matter. One day you got backed into a corner and then some certain hereditary contingencies kicked in... when you finally got your bearings, you had found the world had gotten a whole lot more complicated by a factor of an entire other world overlaid on top of it. A shadow of the world you always thought was the only one, filled with strange creatures that embodied concepts both abstract and physical. And the only thing standing between them and your world is an all too fragile barrier... and you, of course.
You may not have asked for it, but if you will not take up the duty of standing guard against the forces lurking just beyond most ordinary mortal's sight, then who will?
This game will partially have a monster of the week set-up. New problems are always cropping up, and the variety of spirits you may have to deal with are legion (Not to mention those werewolves who choose to worship spirits and generally be complete bastards, The Pure). There will, however, be a number of underlying plot threads which will come together towards the end of the campaign and occasionally find themselves the focus of a session.
Character Creation[edit]
- As per standard, but Renown and gifts no longer exist. Instead you may divide 3 dots worth of spirit pacts as you choose, keeping in mind the limitations placed by your Power Stat.
