Macrocosm Gameline

Once slaves to a false reality, the ones now called "Awakened Ones" seek answers to what took their lives from them. Below is the chronology of their journey.

Prelude: Session 1

The Awakened Ones fight the prelude boss Agatha, the Drow Warden of Tachyon's Dungeon. Note the flaming barbarian.

• Dungeon Completed: Tachyon's Lair - Prelude
• Great Success! Party earned a total of 3150 XP. Everyone gained 600 XP, except Resen who gained 450 and Alton who gained 300.
• Loot: Masterwork Heavy Flail, x3 acid flask, Everburning Candle, Howling Bag of Holding, Cloak of Elvenkind
• Coin: 850 gold, 3000 copper
• Treasures: Brass Goblet

Prelude: RP Session

• Good Times! Resen was given a pair of finely crafted handwraps which treat his unarmed attacks as though they are masterwork weapons. Henceforth we will call them "Mastercrafted Handwraps."

Act I: Session 2

• Dungeon Started: Elven Ruins of Goshima
• Great Success! Party earned a total of 2275 XP. Everyone gained 325 XP, and Craven gained a bonus 100 XP for being a very good starter.
• A new party member appears! Welcome, newly awakened Gnome Sorcerer Seho Craven and Craven's Raven.
• Loot: Masterwork Greatpick
• Coin: No coin, yet.
• Treasures: No treasure, yet.

Act I: Session 3

• Successful yet Tragic! Party earned a total of 3325 XP. Everyone gained 475 XP, except Haster who gained 300.
• Lylia gained a bonus 25 XP for picking a low-grade lock.
• A new party member appears! Welcome, ex-prisoner now merchant Elven Wizard, Il'quine Haster.
• Alas; Lylia, the Human Scout, has succumbed to the cruel grip of death.

The Easter Bunny visited the dungeon just before our heroes, leaving them some treasures to find!

Act I: Session 4: The Easter Session

• Great Success! Party earned a total of 2850 XP - 2250 XP from their adventures and a bonus 600 XP for finding eggs hidden throughout the dungeon. Everyone gained an equal 750 XP. Happy Easter!
• Party members departed: Aderimos Sidhal, Alton Tosscobbles
• Loot: Masterwork Citole, +1 Leather Harness, Unidentified Potion, Potion of Longstrider
• Coin: 400g, 1400s
• Treasures: Golden Topaz (700g), Golden Music Box (2,000g), Gemmed Exotic Wooden Harp (800g), Ornamental Elven Sword (awaiting appraisal)
• Easter Gifts: x2 Wand of Mage Bolt, Jewel-encrusted Easter Egg

Act I: Session 5

The Awakened Ones and their kin defeat the driven-mad unicorn Bellepheron, who in his last moments of life repents for his weakness and thanks the heroes. Note the large unicorn is an image, and that the skull is the actual corpse.

• Stunning Success! Party earned a total of 4900 XP, divided into 700 XP each.
• A new party member appears! Welcome Bryce Reswald, the shady Rogue negotiator. Can he be trusted? (haha no)
• Loot: +1 Drow Longsword, Spidersilk Ring, +1 Spiderfang Shuriken, +1 Longbow of Ichor, x4 Potions of Cure Moderate Wounds
• Coin: 6,000g
• Treasure: None.

Act I: Session 6

• Quest Completed: The Rogue Unicorn
• Stunning Success! Party earned a total of 5250 XP, divided into 750 XP each.
• Loot: Unicorn's Horn
• Coin: None.
• Treasure: None.

Act I: Session 7

• A troubling cliffhanger! Party earned a total of 7050 XP, divided into 1410 each. Reswald gained an additional 50 XP for opening a lock, and Reswald and Craven gained an additional 100 XP each for successfully convincing a cult of lizardfolk that Craven is their God.
• Loot: Masterwork Rapier, +1 Splint Mail of Light Fortification, Ring of Jumping
• Coin: 127g
• Treasure: Amber (100g)
• A extract of logs from the glorious finale

Act I: Session 8

• An even more troubling cliffhanger! Party earned a total of 4500 XP, divided into 900 each. The Honor Guard received 300 XP.
• The party received Speak Language (Draconic) for free, if they didn't already have it.
• A mysterious figure has appeared on the Meat Truncheon...

Act I: Session 9

• An Imperial Psion is vanquished! The party earned a total of 6000 XP for this gruesome battle, divided to 1000 each. The Lizardfolk all received 333 XP.
• Loot: Mindguard Breastplate +2, Handwraps of Collision +2, Ring of Intelligence (+2), Lesser Astral Legion Psicrown
• Coin: None.
• Treasure: None.
• Rapture! Lylia lives again!

Act I: Session 10

• The party visited town, and did a bunch of mercantile work. They've procured scrolls, potions, and many magic items.
• Congratulations on "Janice," Tharis! Great mercantile Reswald! Excellent foresight, Haster! Welcome back, Alexandra and Lylia! Impressive dueling, Resen! And of course, enjoy your wand, Craven!

Act I: Session 11

• The party won an arena match in the Tachyon's Lair Gauntlet, receiving 2400 XP (480 each). Their cohorts received 160 each.
• Loot: +1 Charger's Lance (Large size), x2 Keen +1 Daggers, Pagan's Bangles (+2 Charisma), Robes of Charisma (+2, small size), Gauntlets of Ogre Power (+2)

Act I: Session 12

• The party defeated a Gauth Guardian of Tachyon's Lair, receiving 2400 XP (350 each). Their cohorts received 117 XP each.
• No loot, it was a damn Beholder.
• Welcome new party member, Karos - the Half-Elf Dusk Blade.

Act I: Final Session

• A bitter betrayal... Reswald has killed Tharis while he was in a state of great injury by forcing him to imbibe acid, and in turn been killed by Craven and Resen. Everyone present received 1550 XP each for the great battle with Zang Tsin and the felling of the betrayer, a total of 9300 XP. The Honor Guard has received 517 XP.
• The party gained 100 XP for solving the puzzle of the aperture to Zang Tsin's Psidome.
• In addition to the loot of the fallen, the party received two items from Zang Tsin - the Bladebreaker's Greataxe and the Flowing Black Silk Sash.
• Reswald the Betrayer's body has been reduced to a bar of pure Carbon.
• Stay tuned for the epilogue.
