General Charms[edit]

Unsurpassed (Yozi) Incarnation[edit]

The character taps into the concepts the Yozi represents and attunes her soul to one particular aspect of their power. With this charm, purchaseable once for each First Excellency the character has (once for each Yozi), the character gains the ability to purchase specialties for that particular Yozi, similar to how Lunars can access attribute specialties. Purchase of this charm grants one free dot in a Yozi specialty. Yozi specialties are not restricted to particular abilities or attributes, instead focusing on themes: check the description of First (Yozi) excellency for examples.

By tuning into the alien and infinite nature of the defeated primordials, their servants may tap a fraction of their awesome power.
This charm allows the Infernal to recover motes by emulating the mannerisms of one of the Yozi they have forged a spiritual link with. For every hour the Infernal engages in activities that the relative Yozi Excellency could apply to, they regain a number of motes equal to their Essence, or to the Magnitude of the unit their actions affect, whichever is higher.
In addition, this charm increases the character's Peripheral Essence pool by (Permanent Essence x 5). This pool cannot be used to attune artifacts, and can only be refilled by this or other essence gaining charms.
This charm may be taken multiple times, each time for a separate Yozi whose excellency you possess. If your actions for an hour satisfy more than one Excellency, you regain motes accordingly. For each additional time you take Abundance of (Yozi's) Power, you add an additional (Essence x 5) to your extra peripheral mote pool.

The inhabitants of the demon city rage at the furnaces and devlish machinery that Malfeas exudes in their neighborhoods, but their blows only serve to drive the devices further, each strike sending another plume of wicked smoke pluming into the atmosphere.
As a reflexive action, the Infernal may pay 1m to activate this charm in step 8 of damage resolution of any attack whose raw damage exceeds her Hardness. She then rolls a number dice equal to twice the raw damage of the attack, and regains a number of motes equal to her Essence per success, up to a number of successes equal to (Stamina). She may not go above her normal pool maximum, and may not gain more than 20m with this charm.

Cecelyne stands on the border of all things, and her chosen use this knowledge when leading the masses. The Malefactor knows the position of all enemy units within (Essence x 10) miles. In addition, she knows the Magnitude of these units, and their Morale. In addition, she no longer requires Relays to coordinate any Mass Combat units.

This charm expands One Hand Fury, allowing the character to add its bonus to all his unarmed attacks and adding the Overwhelming tag (minimum damage of [Essence+1]). In addition, a character can activate One-Hand Fury by paying two Willpower points when activating any Form charm.

A burning green aura surrounds the character's hand, increasing his unarmed damage by (Essence x4) and reducing the Speed of those attacks by one (to a minimum of 2). His Essence and Martial Arts scores are considered 4 dots higher for the purposes of calculating the effects of Martial Arts charms. In addition, all attacks against nonmagical objects have their damage converted into automatic successes.
