A Primaris only Chapter made after the Indomitus Crusade. Oddly, they don't have any more information unlike several other of their kind, leaving YOU to fill in the blanks. Due to their name "Cerulean" meaning "Blue," their armor is probably painted blue. Took part in the Plague Wars under Guilliman's command. Quentus Carmagon is named as the Captain of their third company.
