The Iron Assembly legion is a legion comprised of many terminator armour users who specialize in sieges and overwhelming firepower. Their Primarch, Thoren Grimm, is a huge burgundy-haired terminator armoured giant among the Primarchs. The Iron Assembly, however, turned traitor during the Hektor Heresy and used their semi-abundant supply of terminator armour to great effect against loyalist legions and fortifications.

When it comes to tactics for the council its pretty simple..all the gear they can muster in a full out assault. heavies in the front seeing how 98% of the ground soldiers wear terminator power armor and some of the biggest guns a genetically enlarged space marine can carry.
The Iron Assembly specializes in siege warfare and overwhelming firepower thanks to their connections with the Adeptus Mechanicus.

Most of the legion is defaulted in terminator armor and certain higher ranking officials wear centurion.they use thunder hammers,chain swords,power axes,power swords, for melee weapons.for ranged they prefer heavy bolters,auto cannons,assault cannons and the grenade launchers. they have a small fleet of ships fortified for ramming with stronger hulls near the bow of the ships they aren't used very often due to the councils style of warfare.
Thanks to their affiliation with certain elements of the Adeptus Mechanicus during the Great Crusade, the Iron Assembly had access to larger stocks of Terminator armour and heavy weapons to the point where they could outfit heavy support infantry with Terminator armour and weapons. Since the Hektor Heresy, they're forced to rely on the unpredictable Dark Mechanicus and slaves to replenish or repair their stocks of terminator armour, which often lead to mishaps and other consequences.

The Council does not bend. They are ridiculously stoic and utterly unfazeable. They are more stubborn than dwarves when their will is opposed. their Marines inevitable march towards their enemies while using some of the heaviest armament possible. best when harnessed as an offensive role instead of defensive.

The Iron Assembly believes in loudness being an indicator of how powerful a person is. This in turn leads to them constantly shouting and affixing attachments on their guns to make them louder. They also are influenced by the primarily Scandinavian aspects of Rasmus' World (e.g. Praetors being referred to as Jarls, serfs/slaves being referred to as Thralls, high-ranking legionaries having horned helmets, etc.). They hold a Thing comprised of any Jarl willing to arrive to the event every century, where they discuss what they've encountered and other Legion related issues/disputes.

Thoren is more mountain then he is man. Reaching about 25feet tall with the strength to match. more savage than man in attitude and appearance. his face is strong and chiseled a massive scar running down from his chin and across his cheek on the same side. his red hair about shoulder length much like a lions mane with a full beard covering most of his face
Thoren isn't very tall among the Primarchs, but when he is in his custom armour, he stands at around 10ft tall, dwarfed only by a few of the taller primarchs and the Emperor himself. He has burgundy hair which he wears neck high and a beard which he braids. His personality leaves a lot to be desired, being unreasonable and easily angered.
