Background

Setting Sun's Promise was born and raised in the town of Golden Crown, far to the north in Halta. Her father was a Blacksmith by trade, creating things to trade with the Raksha. She quickly picked up on the art itself, working with her hands and making her parents rather proud. They were rather less proud when they found she spent more and more time with the Fair Folk, particularly one named Hilandri of the Silver Chalice. She was rather entranced with the Raksha, particularly his stories of an age long ago, and the Solars who protected and lived in that age. She in turn pushed her skill at crafting to a new level, inspired by Hilandri and his tales. Her Exaltation came to her at this time, a rush of intelligence and skill that boosted her craftwork one step what it was before, crafting the finest bow she had ever done in her life. She knew what had expired thanks to the knowledge given to her by Hilandri. Promise set off towards the Scavenger Lands, looking to reach the dreams of the First Age the Raksha had put into her mind.

Appearance

Setting Sun's Promise is a rather pleasant looking girl of about 27 years of age. While her first year as an exalt has taken her far from Halta's borders, she still looks unmistakeably Haltan. Her hair is a dark green like the evergreen trees she grew up around, long ponytail tied back down to between her shoulder blades. Her clothes are more functional than flashy, First layer being a simple leather tunic and pants, tied tight around her waist with a cord. The sleeves only come down to her elbows, leaving her slightly muscled and reddish-brown forearms visible. Above the tunic she wears her breastplate, forged in her home. On the inner side of the breastplate, sitting at her collarbone, is her family crest, a cord tied around a single unbroken branch to represent their promise. She covers her breastplate with a heavy jacket, heavy white cloth not matching her brown leather clothes underneath. She's a rather leggy girl, well muscled from the athletic environment she grew up in, as well as soft moccasins for her feet.

Under partial control, she can be somewhat selective about what she gathers, leaving behind desperately needed items or ones used correctly. The trigger is seeing people use her creations to make life worse for others.
