Background
Originally an Unshaped Raksha who grew bored of the normal unshaped life, Oath-Swearer's Unshaped name was The Mountains Which Float on Dreams. He eventually came to like Shaped life more, especially the swearing of Oaths.
Appearance
Appears as a very tall humanoid. His ears vanish halfway into breezes of win, and his hair is bright blue and waves as if something always moves it. His face has very gentle, rolling features. His eyes are a deep blue, with a lighter shade as pupils. His skin is pale blue, and cold to the touch. Although far more handsome than any creation-born, and most Raksha, he is unnaturally handsome. There is something wrong with his attractiveness.
