The Russian LST (Landing Ship, Tank), BDK 14 Mukhtar Avezov, approached Boston Harbor on the morning of xx, xx at approximately 11:00am. Mukhtar Avezov was carrying Lilith from NERV Japan as it was no longer a functional base (See Ikari Incident). I gave the order to have Lilith moved to NERV Boston. I doubted Russia’s ability to protect Lilith given the rookie status of their pilots.

Lilith awakened en route into Boston Harbor. It is theorized that this is a result of her proximity to Adam. All Evas were immediately dispatched. Meanwhile Nerv Forces were scrambled to form a skirmish line should the Evas be unable to stop her advance. A short fight ensued. Deployment of the Lance of Longinus was authorized on my initiative, and confirmed from Ramsey.

Lilith's AT Field proved more then sufficient to block all manner of attack, both Eva and Conventional. Damage was done to Unit 10’s arm in the struggle, caused by the presence of an ‘Anti-AT Field‘. Unit 11 thrust the Lance into Liliths head. This instantly subdued her and a ritual was performed to put her to sleep. After the ritual, she was crucified to her new ‘Containment Cross’ and transported to Terminal Dogma II.
(4,245,800$ In reconstruction of Unit 10's arm.)
In my opinion, all pilots performed perfectly, each knowing and fulfilling their role. There was no hesitation or doubt on their behalf, even in the face of the human progenitor and one of our greatest enemies. Following on the next page is those officers of the Nerv Defense Forces I would like to suggest for promotion and recognition. I would like to mention that we should not rely on the Russians again, as they proved ineffective in the combat, and their gross failure to contain her properly could have had catastrophic results.
