-Actual Casualties: Minimal

XXX XX, 20XX, 11:45 AM EST, received call from Nerv Nevada Command. Test Unit "Jet Alone," an Evangelion with a nuclear reactor instead of batteries and an Umbilical cable out of control and walking directly towards Boston. As Nerv Nevada Units 20-21 were destroyed by Israfel, they had no mechanism to restrain the test unit.

Units 10-13 deployed via rapid response aircraft with Eva docks, without the benefit of support structures.

The Evas were able to restrain and severely damage Jet Alone. Fortunately, reactor did not go critical.

Unit 10 attempted to pry out Jet Alone's Entry Plug, but cracked it open. Unit 13 then stepped on the remains of the plug. Test pilot, part of the David series, did not survive. Note to pilots that Evas are not to be used on anything that is remotely fragile; pilot recovery should be left to recovery teams.

Also note that while I know I requested better power sources in my earlier report on Israfel, that is no excuse for the complete lack of responsible oversight involved in the research initiatives and the lack of safety measures taken at Nerv Nevada.
