Attacks shot from his eyes use Manipulation instead of Dexterity.

- Peacemakers - The Peacemakers are manifestations of The Stranger's twisted soul, as expressed through the Crypt Bolt Attack and the Eyes Like Daggers Glance charms. They appear as a pair of black steel revolvers, glowing with heat haze and looking as if they'd just been pulled out of the sun. He may also cause his eyes to glow with the heat haze of his anima and burn holes in his enemies with murderous glares.
