The Outsider in dragon form. There is so little images of him that this would have to do even if it does look a bit like the Void Dragon.
Lonely, I'm Mr. Lonely, I have nobody for my own! Woooooohooooo!
- The Ballad of The Outsider

Introduction

Tsara'noga AKA the Outsider was one of the C'tan Gods responsible for OMNOMNOMNOMING his/its fellow C'tan brethren along with the Nightbringer during the War in Heaven. Although in the Outsider's case, he was tricked by Cegorach instead of the Deciever into believing that he will gain the power to rule over the material universe if he cannibalized his brethren. It is not known whether the Outsider is a dude or a chick or simply gender flu- BLAM! We just call it a dude for simplistic sake! However of the few fan artworks we have of the Outsider, it seems that almost all of them like to imagine him with dreadlocks like a psychotic robo-Bob Marley or ever as her. However, for reasons that can only be speculated at, a fragment of each consumed deity's consciousness remained and plagued the mind of the Outsider, driving it insane (It could be all of the consumed C'tan nagging at the Outsider on how much of a dumbass he is for fucking them over and turning them into Pokemon).

Because of this, the Outsider grew super depressed and fled the known Galaxy before hiding inside a Dyson Sphere to sulk and cry for all eternity. Yeah it is safe to assume that he is the C'tan equivalent of Corvus Corax. It also had a hellish presence, and it caused madness in all who came close and many killed themselves rather than having to face the Outsider. Chaos wishes it could inspire this amount of madness. While the Outsider cannot match the Nightbringer for pure force, or the Deceiver for guile and cunning, it is rumored to be the most deadly and dangerous of the four remaining C'tan. So in any case if the Outsider returned from his exile, the Galaxy would promptly shit bricks.

There has been rumors going around in the Inquisition that the Outsider is somehow involve with the whole Tyranid affair and some even claim that it is the Tyranid's Hive Mind instead. Of course such notion is not only Heresy at the extreme but also quite stupid as the Outsider has been pretty explicit in not being too interested in Galactic affairs after the incident with him eating his own kin. Plus it would make no sense for a C'tan God to invest in biological engineering when it has been shown that for all the talk of being 'masters of evolution' the Tyranids has been shown to not be so infallible and even vulnerable (There are multiple Imperial reports of entire Tyranid Hive Fleets starving to death because it could not find suitable biomass in time). So why the Outsider would decide to focus on a race of admittedly strong but still inferior race when compared to the sheer rape machines that are Necron technology is unknown.
