BLANKED?! WHY? Why indeed...

OK, so, reading back on this, it was a decent idea but it wasn't being executed really well. At all. See, I had begun to write this as my first foray into WH40k fiction, and I figured it being a dumb excuse to just have one of the few attractive female characters in the universe getting pseudoraped would be fun but honestly I found myself forcing it way too much. No horrible pun intended.

So, meanwhile I've been kicking ideas around. I came up with an Inquisitor character I've been fleshing out and doing different ideas with, and his retinue of assassins, one from each of the four major Temples. And, no, not a male Callie. Just a Callidus, an Eversor, a Culexus, and a Vindicare.

The Eversor isn't much of a character. But it's fun practice-writing about him tearing shit apart. The Callidus is perhaps the most vibrant character, but I've been trying to do something with the Culexus assassin. Yeah, writing someone without a soul. It's kind of tricky.

This story is not dead. But its approach is going to be much different. Sorry, guys, but hey, ya gotta write for yourself rather than for others, and as the story was going, it was just too damn stupid.
