The Monkey King reportedly haunts a quaint inn, called the Wet Tooth on the road to Sulinad. The innkeeper claims that every few months or so the ape-like figure, toting a large staff, will break into his inn and demand immortality. The Monkey King claims the previous owner said he would give it to him if he “had become strong enough both in mind and body”. The current innkeeper says he has only been able to tide him by claiming he’s not yet ready for it. Scrapping together various anecdotes shows that the Monkey King has, in fact, grown stronger. Original sightings were of a small monkey that would sneak through the window. Current sightings depict an armor-clad, more chimpanzee-like beast that is capable of breaking down walls or ramming them down with tree trunks. However, the beast tends to avoid “visiting” when the inn has occupants other than the actual innkeeper.

The leaders of Sulinad find the situtation, “A true shame, the Wet Tooth has stood almost as long as Sulinad and has served some of our finest warriors.”
