The Skin Dancers are the product of fat/tg/uys playing around with a modified version of the Chapter Creation tables from Rites of Battle. After a lot of dice rolling, the results came in; an Blood Angels successor chapter that believed that they could fight chaos with chaos, only to be seducted to the sinister whims of Slaanesh.
