The Global Defense Initiative as a futuristic United Nations funded (But they get so powerful that they replace the pussy UN!) counter-terrorist group that turns into a army. Supposedly based off of G.I. Joe but isn't Homo like they are. GDI has Mechs for fucks sake and proceeds to fuck up the Brotherhood of Nod's shit EVERY time...
