- Path of the Artisan: This Path involves creating art.
- Path of Shaping: This Path, related to both the Paths of the Seer and the Artisan, trains Bonesingers, who are skilled at manipulating the psychically-reactive wraithbone that is the Eldar's primary construction material.
- Path of Service: This Path focuses on serving others; Eldar on this Path do most of the basic services that a Craftworld requires.
- Path of the Botanist: This Path is a specialized variant of the Path of Service that focuses on tending the plants of the Craftworld.
- Path of the Seer: This Path involves developing the natural psychic abilities of the Eldar race. Though the Farseers, Spiritseers, and Warlocks of this Path are the leaders of the Eldar race, such powers come at a cost...
- Path of the Warrior: On this Path, an Eldar takes up one of the Aspects of warfare; these Aspect Warriors make up the bulk of most Craftworlds' fighting forces.
- Path of Command: Those Eldar with a martial bent that find it difficult to remain in one Aspect for long may take up the Path of Command, becoming Autarchs that are skilled at blending the abilities of their fellows on the field of battle.
- Path of the Mariner: Eldar on this Path make up the crewmen of the Craftworld's ships.
- Path of the Healer: This Path revolves around healing others.
- Path of the Scholar: On this Path, an Eldar attempts to learn as much as possible about one, specific topic, becoming an expert on it before long.
- Path of Awakening: Eldar on this Path learn to notice details that even other Eldar would miss. It is the opposite of the Path of Dreaming.
- Path of Dreaming: Eldar on this Path learn to control their dreams. It is the opposite of the Path of Awakening.
- Outcast: This is not actually a Path per se, but rather a rejection of the Path system as a whole. Outcasts often leave their Craftworlds and become Rangers, although, after their wanderlust is expended, most return.
