Detachment Types

Cadian Regiment

1-2 HQ Choices 0-3 Elite Choices 2-6 Troop Choices 0-3 Fast Attack Choices 0-3 Heavy Support Choices

Restrictions: May not include Rough Riders.

Command Benefits

Experienced Commander: If your warlord is in this detachment, he may re-roll the dice to determine which warlord train he has.

Battle-Hardened: All units in this detachment may re-roll failed Pinning, Fear and Regroup tests.

Death-World Regiment

1-2 HQ Choices 0-3 Elite Choices 2-6 Troop Choices 0-3 Fast Attack Choices 0-3 Heavy Support Choices

Restrictions: This detachment may not include any special characters. Nor may it include: Conscripts, Sentinels, Special Weapons squads, Ogryns, Ratlings or any model with the Psyker special rule.

Command Benefits

  • Death Corps:: All models in this detachment gain a +1 modifier to their weapon skill and do not have to test for morale during the Shooting Phase nor the Movement Phase.
  • Iron Discipline:: Any squad within 6" of a model with the Voice of Command rule, may regroup as normal, despite being below 25% of their original squad size.

Drop Regiment 1-2 HQ Choices 0-3 Elite Choices 2-6 Troop Choices 0-3 Fast Attack Choices 0-3 Heavy Support Choices

Restrictions: This formation may not include: Conscripts, Master of Ordnance, Ogryns, Rough Riders, Ratlings, Leman Russ Battle Tanks, Artillery Batteries, Wyverns, Hydras, Deathstrike Missile Batteries, Manticores, Hellhounds or any models with the Psyker special rule.

Command Benefits:

  • Iron Discipline:: Any squad within 6" of a model with the Voice of Command rule, may regroup as normal, despite being below 25% of their original squad size.
  • Combat Drop: Up to half (rounding up) of your units in reserve and with the Deep Strike special rule, may Deep Strike in turn 1. This includes any units inside a Valkyrie. In addition, all Infantry Models, Walkers and Valkyrie Assault Carriers in this detachment gain the Deep Strike Special Rule.
