/TG/heim:The Blight Lords Followers (Clan Pestilens)
The Pack
Plague Warden Myrzitch crawled out of the rubble, emerging from the hidden tunnel. A cloud of filthy smoke wafted its way out after him, and soon five more figures skulked their way out of the hole. Small rats crawled around them, relishing in the immense power that the damned city of Mordheim radiated with. Myrzitch's voice rattled it's way out of his throat, his breathe creating swirls in the surrounding cloud of pestilence.
"It writhes with power, with these stones we shall create the greatest plague and drive out all others from our city. Then we can harvest the core for ourselves..."
The others chittered behind him as they crawled through the rubble dragging their censers and rot covered weapons along with them. Soon they would find a nest, a place to desecrate and fill with rot to grow their ranks and spread some of the greatest plagues known to man upon Mordheim.

Plague Warden Myrzitch
Largest of the followers, Myrzitch wields a censer that fumes with green mist. His body is wracked with open sores, rotting flesh, and hardened scabs, which seep through his disgusting brown fur.

The Tales of the Followers...
Myrzitch cackled to himself as he looked around from their first battle in Mordheim. It was a solid victory but may of his followers were injured, but they still fared better than the dead humans of Brettonia that lay before him. Things were looking good for his plans, the human corpses would prove to be valuable test subjects for Myrzitch's rituals and Ixtizt's fowl alchemy. ((Breakthrough mission against Sir allias's band, victory for The blight lords! Notable casualties: 2 Men at arms))
They all snuck through the buildings, the humans of Hoestermanns' keenly within sight in a watch tower, overseeing the killing ground with crossbows. The plan was to sneak within range then charge, springing them all by surprise then pushing them out of the courtyard. Sorcerer Ixtizt had other plans. Brazingly the Skaven sorcerer took an advantage of the cover and ran up to a window, the humans barely seeing him within time. He gripped his wap-stone amulet firmly and hurled warp fire into the second floor of the tower and ignited all four of the humans in flame, one falling out dead while the other ran. Morale instantly broke for the rest of the band and they ran too, leaving the wyrd stone free for the taking... ((Skirmish against Hoestermann's man's, warpfired a building with marksmen in it and I think I killed a marksmen and also blew out an eye on a young blood. They routed next turn.))
A fierce battle raged in the cemetery where Myrzitch and his plagued ones fought a foul human with a wicked scar and his band. The wagon they owned sped through the walls and tombstones as they tried to get through, but Sorcerer Ixtizt had other plans. With skill and luck he laid out his hands and blew magical fire over them all, setting many ablaze. Engaging in a bloody melee soon afterwards, the human had enough and broke, fleeing the field. Four bodies lay motionless afterwards, almost all of them human. Several died of wounds caused by diseased censers, while the others were smoking corpses. One skaven body lie still, the new recruit who was dubbed Bloat. A pike wound disemboweled him when he fell, killing him instantly. Fortunately there was enough wyrd stone to ask for a better armed and armored henchmen, who took up the title Bloat to give the name meaning once more.
As the wagon and the remnants of the humans rode off, two jeweled weapons bounced out, quickly being scooped up. Easily they could trade these for more warp stones, but the greatest treasure was yet to be found. Deep within the catacombs of the graveyard, the treasure that lay hidden was finally unearthed. A scroll case with skaven markings, and five wyrdstone shards. Soon this whole city will be encased in a plague, and no one would be there to stop them. ((Ok, so a very bloody battle against Kalmars acquisitions, three very notable casualties on his side were Ironboar, Bash heart, and Decker. My henchmen died but I had enough to easily buy him and and then some.))
Myrzitch slinked away as the humans consolidated their victory. This disgusting village was not worth the death of Bloat II, and he immediately requested another Plague Novice, and out of his bittered anger named him Bloat III. In other places Sorcerer Ixtizt pet Phlegm happily, his warp fire spell proving fruitful once more incinerating a man-ling where he stood. These humans are getting tougher, and next time they will need Rot-eyes there, not tending to his old wound. (Battle against Price's outfit, routed on first LD test. If Rot-eyes was there things might of been different for sure.)
