Slowpoke
Slowpoke is a kind of Pokémon notable primarily for its extremely low reaction speed. On the internet, this manifests as being so behind on the news that even the metaphorical rock they've been living under is more well-informed than they are. Slowpokes are fond of people who are just as slow on the uptake as they are, and will congregate in threads containing posters who are posting very old news.
Drawfags have made an unreasonably large set of popular characters morphed into Slowpokes. They are also used in drawthreads when said drawfag is posting very very slowly also known as Waiting for OP.
