Commissar Holt
Commissar Holt is a badass muthafucka who enjoys pimp slapping the shit out of stuck up Imperial governors for stories of their ineptitude. Originally from the WH40k computer game Final Liberation which about only two people have actually played. He arm wrestled Commissar Yarrick and Won. Only by sheer luck when the Orks kidnapped Yarrick, but Holt did not let this pass as he continued to destroy 134 war trucks 200 squads shotaboys and 15 nobs and a warboss with a shockattack gun simply by giving them the "Holt" *SLAP* COMMISSAR Holt! look. He has gladly executed numerous Imperial Governors for mistreating troops that would be far more suited dieing for the emperor. To make matters even more interesting, the guy was played by the same actor that also played the lead-role in Nineteen-Eightyfour, the Movie. Coincidence? You decide.
