Court of the North
Usually, if we think of the word North, we think of the vast expanses of Siberia and Canada. It also evokes stubbornness, spirituality, or even a sense of direction (compasses always point north). On the other hand, it could also symbolize desolation (the Siberian and Canadian wilderness) or punishment (gulags in Siberia).

Court of the East
The East is where the sun rises, and is usually associated to Asia, especially East Asia. Honor, technological advancement, strict government, hard work ethos are some things that can be attributed to the East.
- Emotion - honor, authoritative, curious
Court of the South
South seems to be Florida, Pacific islands, Africa, Australia, or South America. White beaches, vacation, relaxation are evoked by South, but also anarchy, disease, poverty and natural danger.
- Emotion - relaxation, zeal, delirium
Court of the West
Wild West, land of the setting sun, where liberty is held high. A sense of nationalism, freedom, wilderness, and a land of plenty can be felt if you're in the West.
