Duergar
What Drow are to Elves, Duergar are to Dwarves.
They have many different backstories from forgotten realms being the descendants of Dwarves who were kidnapped by mind flayers to simply dwarves who live in the deepest reaches of the Underdark.
The are typically Lawful Evil and like most races of the underdark they keep many slaves.
All the Underdark Races buy their weapons and armor from the Duergar if they can. The finest Drow weapons are all Duergar made before they are enchanted by Drow Wizards.
A Duergar is basically a dwarf with a bloody flaming beard and sharp teeth who kills anything that moves. Beyond the fact that it's pretty tough bugger that can come equipped with a load of weaponry including flails, whips, and serious hair problems
Known to simply brood and complain about things all the time even more so than regular dwarves. The only moods they seem to have are Macabre.
