The BLAM Technique is what /tg/ calls the ability of an Imperial Guard Commissar to execute anyone he (or she, I guess) finds guilty of cowardice, treachery or heresy. It is most often used by editors who search Imperium related pages for "Heretical" edits and cross them out and edit in BLAM!!. It is also used as shorthand for said executions (as a verb), or for similar executions in a non-40k context.
