This is the main hub for a community project me (Chaledy) and other members of this site, like VeryIntelligentShadeOfTheColourBlue, have been working on for the past years: the /tg/ codexes.

What are they?

These are fan-made codexes that take the rules of GW armies and bring them up to their power in lore, adding new rules, mechanics and factions for you to use in your games. For now, only a handful of them exists, but with the advent of the 9th edition we'll be working to make sure each army has its own /tg/ codexes.

How can I help?

Well, there are various ways you can do that and it all depends on what you want to do. If you want to go and just correct some spelling mistakes then feel free to do it, we'd be glad if you could help us to make our works more readable. But what if you want to participate in a more direct way and actually create rules and/or codexes? In that case, let us know! If you want to suggest a new rule or a change, hit the discussion page of the specific codex and write it there, we'll have a look and then maybe a chat to decide if that would be a good addition. If, instead, you want to create a new codex, firstly check what factions are missing (we wouldn't want to have two distinct codexes for the same faction) and then write to me (Talk: Chaledy) or Blue (Talk: Blue) and we'll be able to give you some guidelines on how to structure your new codex (since we would want every codex to have the same format to make them easier to read).

Maybe, if this movement gets attention and followers, we could even create a discord server to coordinate each other. But we'll see about that.

The Codexes

Here you'll find the different codexes that have been made so far. Some are complete, while others have a long way to go, but with time we should be able to make them all right.
