If the Warthog is the best tank-killer in the game, the Tornado is the most cost-efficient. While an 8 AP Salvo can be incredibly deadly on its own, the 3+ firepower rating is the bite of this plane's bark. Though not as durable as their US and Soviet rivals, the Tornadoes cost merely two points per model-- A little over half what a Frogfoot costs and less than half of what an A-10 will burn.
It may be flimsy, but 3+ morale and a top-armour attack make the drawback well worth it, especially considering the cost.

The Tornado is a true gem of NATO aerospace ventures have created in time. MBB of West Germany, BAE of Great Britain and Aeritalia of Italy. This Multirole fighter takes lessons learned from the F111 and F14 aircraft. It has served well in Desert Storm flying over enemy Air Fields with cluster bombs destroying runways, hangers, and just causing general mayhem over Iraqi Air base with the JP2333.
