The Elf faction. Unlike most factions in Warmahordes the Retribution of Scyrah isn't a nation but an extremis organization that believes human magic have given their gods cancer. Only recently has they been given official backing for one of the elf great house making them more of a stander army than a crazed terrorist cell.
The history of the Elves in Iron Kingdoms
Unlike most settings elves are not the first race ever made. There gods were inspired by Menoth's creation of humans. Unlike Menoth who wanted servants and warriors, the elf gods wanted children and so payed extra care in the making. As a result the elves advanced much faster than humans spreading all over Western Immoren. At the high they build a machine that will allow the gods to come to Caen. However once the gods touched the ground something happen. The machine exploded destory the once proud Elf Nation and stranding the gods on Caen. The Elves and their gods move to Ios what's left of their nation.
Over the years the gods slowly moved out sneaking a means to return to Uncean, never to be heard again, worst their priest lost their powers and connection to them, only Scyrah goddess of Spring returned but refused to speak of what have happen. During this time the gift of magic came to the humans, many elves believe these events are connected not helped by the fact that Thamar the goddess who gave humans this gift is also the patron of thieves.
In the years since Scyrah has been getting weaker and weaker, and the number of elves born without souls increase. Many fear this will be the end of their race, some become seekers who search the world trying to find any hint as to what happen to their gods or a cure for Scyrah other blame their current state on human mages who they have come to the concussion that they are draining their goddess' life. These elves formed a cell that hunts and kills any they can find. In recent years this group has gone form underground terrorist to the lead force of Ios as they have gotten more and more support form the Great Houses.
Ios relationship with others
For most of their history Elves are isolationist, anyone trying to get into Ios is shot on sight, seeming form the fact they don't want anyone to know their gods were literary with them. However only a few are racist, although many outsiders think otherwise, and traded with others nation able only at the boarder. Unlike most settings Elves and Dwarfs have a long and good relationship and were major trading partners.
When dealing with other races Elves go out of the way to hide any arrogates and racism, resulting in a friendly outgoing appearance, even Retribution mage hunters will act in a polite profession manner, after all its nothing personal.
The exception is the Skorne who are long and hated enemies, for the Skorne they see the elf long dependence and relationship with their gods as a weakness. For the Elves well they weaponized torture baby elephants, and being godless assholes.
