Background
Mindel is a thief, unrepentant and so far unreported. He tries not to be cocky about it, but it's hard sometimes when you've pulled off as many crazy things as he has. He knows not to steal from House Ragara (unless told to by a higher up in the house!), and not to steal from certain people, but most of the time he's very good at nicking whatever he wants. His official title is as a arbiter and investigator for House Ragara, and indeed, he can catch thieves very effectively. It's one of his pieces of pride. He tries not to steal from those who desperately need it, though, only taking from those with more than enough to not miss an artifact or two.
He moved to the South for a 'vacation' after his last job got too hot - he was almost seen, he was being traced, and he couldn't get rid of the items he'd taken. In exchange for assistance higher up in the house helping throw the trail off, he agreed to move South, monitor issues there, and generally get out of people's hair for a few years. Joining the Wyld Hunt was just part of that.
Appearance
5'10", long, unruly black hair, brown eyes. Fit and slender, but no obvious muscle. Tends towards either black leather on the job, and colorful jackets and pants when not.
