The Guardians Exemplar are another product of fat/tg/uys playing around with the Chapter Creation tables from Rites of Battle. After a lot of dice rolling, the results came in; an Ultramarines successor chapter so stuck-up their own arses that they'd make Rowboat Girlyman blush.
Established during the 34th Millennium, meaning they were part of a founded between somewhere between the 6th and 9th foundings, the Guardians Exemplar value purity above all; be it by the Codex Astartes or by eugenics. They consider themselves to be the inheritors of the Emperor and believe anything other then perfection is unworthy of the Imperium. Hailing from the feral desert world of Sacranus, the chapter rarely ever ventures down from their mountain-top fortress, only doing so to pick out the “purest specimens” for recruitment into the chapter; an act the Feral Population consider to be an ascension into godhood. They exploded a tower they built in order to see the top of their mountain, and also infected them with plagues. Basically, the Guardians Exemplar are douches.

Speech 1
Oh, Guardians Exemplar, race from arid wastes, chosen and beloved by the God Emperor's will, who shines forth in many of your works set apart from all the universe by the situation of your homeworld, as well as by your faith and the honor of the holy church of the Emperor of Mankind! To you our discourse is addressed and for you our exhortation is intended.
Let the deeds of your ancestors move you and incite your minds to manly achievements; the glory and greatness of the Emperor, and of his son Roboute Guilliman, and of your other kings, who have destroyed the kingdoms of the impure, and have extended in these lands the territory of the holy church. Let the holy sepulchre of the Lord of Mankind, which is possessed by unclean xenos, especially incite you, and the holy places which are now treated with ignominy and irreverently polluted with their filthiness. Oh, most valiant soldiers and descendants of invincible ancestors, be not degenerate, but recall the valor of your progenitors.
Speech 2
"Attention Infidels. These are the words of your superior caste, the Guardian Exemplars speaking. You worthless beings are but insects compared to our perfection. Inconsideration of this, we have exterminated countless inferior worlds, and have decided that we will absolve you of your sins as well. The most grievous of which is existence. Surrender immediately and you shall receive our greatest mercy: a quick death. The Emperor's wrath shall visit you all."
