Advance Wars is a video game for the Gayboy Advance.

It is a turn-based, strategy game that is set in an alternate modern, weeaboo (with western cultral influences) universe. It involved making shiz from set bases, using those shiz to take buildings (by stamping on them.... tad odd, I know), and using those buildings to build MORE shiz so to eventually stamp on the enemy base. However, only footsloggers can stamp on the buildings.

Oh and there's some aircraft and navy battle stuff but they're not really important, the stamping is though.

The designs and COs various factions are all influenced by the four most important powers in World War 2 - or, at least, by stereotypes and cutesy reimaginings of the 4 main powers.

  • Orange Star is the USA
  • Blue Moon is the USSR (You don't know how lucky you are, boy)
  • Green Earth is Nazi Germany
  • Yellow Star is Imperial Japan

Also, there are aliens, but fuck those guys.

Any Warhammer 40000 player who plays Advance Wars gives thanks for the fact he doesn't have to worry about morale for his troops. The infantry for all factions are Imperial Guard but they are fearless and don't need Commissars. They nerdrage because

  • even the Baneblade, the biggest tank in the game to date, can't even crush a puny squad of soldiers.
  • there are only two variants of infantry.
  • no special characters.
