A portmanteau of Cleric or Druid and Godzilla (the famed unstopable monster from wapanese movies) this term refeers to the fact that in D&D 3rd/3.5 edition, Clerics and Druids were potentially game-breaking characters, especially at higher levels.
In adition to wielding considerable magical power that rivals that of the other reality-twisting classes - Wizards and Sorcerers - CoDzillas also receive better combat skills and abilities, such as the ability to wear heavy armour (Clerics), higher attack bonuses and so on. In case of Druids this is often related to the use of the Natural Spell feat which allows them to use spells while in animal form (gaining massive buffs to their abilities).
Through exploitation of these rules CoDzillas are able to dish out massive melee damage and take punishment to a degree that equals or surpasses regular Fighters while still retaining additional advantages such as magic, throwing the game out of balance.
4E has largely fixed such issues by leveling the playing field for all classes. Minmaxing touhoufags hase nevertheless proven that broken builds are still viable in 4E, albeit only for specific purposes. See Orcuslayer.
