Chaniud is the Ghostwalk god of laws, order, and structure. He's the brother of Durann.

Worshippers

The church of Chaniud is found in most civilized place in the Hikirian Peninsula, with the head temple located in the city of Reldek, in Tereppek. The church has a rigid and complex hierarchy, with promotions based on power evaluation, service record, and knowledge of church doctrine and local laws. The clergy often works in law enforcement and justice system of their region, and in Manifest they keep record of ghosts in the city, as well as ensuring the city watch acts properly. The first day of each month is a holy day, when orderly resolution are to be made, with lesser holy days for commemorating the creation and/or enactment of important laws in either the church, the region, or the country.

Appearance

Chaniud is depicted as a tall and gaunt man with stern eyes, with orange writing flowing in the air around him.

Dogma

The world operates according to laws, and the people of the world have it in their best interest to establish and follow a code of laws so as to be in harmony with the lawful nature of the universe. Laws are created to benefit the group, but should not exploit the individual for the sake of the group. Study the laws so you may make rational and informed decisions. When you must punish a lawbreaker, be swift and precise, but do not become overzealous, for not even agents of the law are above the law.
