Game Info

Character Creation Info

Characters are allowed to be a changeling, mage, promethean, sin-eater, vampire, wereantlion, werebullsquid, or werewolf.

Vampire characters are allowed to use oWoD clans. Mages are functionally a hybridization of both oWoD and nWoD though paradox is different than either. Prometheans may not be Zeky and the effects of disquiet and wasteland are reduced dramatically. Everyone one else functions as normal per nWoD (wereantlions and werebullsquid are made with changing breeds).

All characters get an additional 25 XP to work with at character creation.

All characters are new to City 14.

No territory merits may be taken at character creation nor will anything that just doesn't make sense. Resource merits may be taken however they are represented as gear as you have a knack to keep coming across. Disregard all prerequisites that require membership in a political body.

The firearms skill has been split into side arms and long guns. Side arms cover guns like hand guns, SMGs, and PDWs. Long guns cover just about everything else.

The game takes place an unspecified amount of time before the events of Half-Life 2.

Setting

City 17 is assumed to be in general location of Riga, Latvia so City 14 will be located south along the Black Sea in the general victinity of somewhere be mash up of the Odessa, Kherson, and Mykolaiv Oblasts and cool stuff I can find there. Do not expect it to be accurate to the real world since geographic features are going to fudged quite a bit (like Valve did for City 17).
