You want to RP a classical civilazation but don't want to play a Rome/Greece/Egypt rip-off? Well here's a generator that can help you create your civilization.
Note: It's still in progress so don't be surprised if you create a republic of arabs that live in the tundra and are known to crusade in the name of their god: Weed.
