Kna are yet another race of fishmen from the D&D setting of Mystara. They appeared as a PC race in PC3: The Sea People.
Kna are 10-12 foot-tall humanoid fish with bright orange skin. They live in small family groups and make a living as traders and merchants. They'll trade with any race anywhere in the ocean, even with humans in port cities.
They tame creatures known as mashers, which are giant 100 foot-long bottom feeding sea worms. The Kna capture young mashers, rip out their poisonous stingers, and use them as mounts and beasts of burden to pull their houses and cargo. Each Kna family has one pet masher.
