"ARE YOU THREATENING ME? MY SKULLPILE WILL NOT WAIT!!"
Cornholio the Cultist is a lesser-known (but still funny) meme stemming from Firaeveus Carron.
Explanation
The meme is based on the introduction sequence for the assault on Carron's stronghold in Dawn of War: Soulstorm. Like many memes from this series, it originated due to Scott Fucking McNeil voicing almost everybody in Soulstorm and exhausting his supply of accents in the process, from the Guardsmen up to Indrick Boreale, from Firaeveus "Metal Boxes" Carron all the way down to the Cultists (incidentally, bringing the number of meme stemming from Soulstorm to at least Six).
THEY COME!
During the intro sequence for the assault on Carron's stronghold, there is a discussion regarding the oncoming enemy by Carron, a Space Marine, and some Cultists. Every single unit in this intro - The Cultists, The Chaos Marines, and of course, Carron himself - is voiced by Scott McNeil, in what can only be called a glorious one-man show. Due to the Cultist unit originally having a different voice-actor (specifically, Mark Oliver, who also voices Isador), McNeil attempts to copy the dialogue style Oliver used for the Cultist - and fails utterly. He comes across as high-pitched, whiny, and sounds, in balls-out seriousness, like Cornholio, Beavis' sugar-fueled alternate persona from Beavis and Butt-Head.
Now compare it to:
Prosecution rests.
Still, at least he has the balls to not run away screaming like a little bitch when the player's army overruns the Alpha Legion's stronghold. See here:

In retrospect this was oddly prophetic.
