Another example of why you should let fa/tg/uys mess around with dice, the Iron Tyrants were once a proud Chapter of Adeptus Astartes. However, it seems fate had a different plan for the chapter when a certain Apothecary began to dabble with malevolent powers... Now the chapter rules from their Hive World, sacrificing countless men and women everyday in the name of their dark god, Khorne.

Macazci the Daemon Apothecary - Got raised to this level after sacrificing an enormous amount of people inside the temple. He still has his narthecium on his left arm but his right arm has mutated into a bladed pinion now called the heartrender. The heartrender is a great weapon capable of tearing even through power armour yet leaving the hearts unscathed to be torn out with a simple twist as a sacrifice.
