Someone used the {{fact}} template to mark a sentence as needing support, or doubtful.
This is 1d4chan where our HAET makes us strong, and we love to prank grognards. Use this for when you really want someone to say it's true and give you supporting facts. If you just don't like what they say, you can call them a FUCKING FAGGORT and troll them instead, because that's how we roll.
