Ragathiel is the Empyreal Lord of righteous RAGE. The son of the Archdevil Dispater and his then wife Feronia, a minor fire goddess. He's not on good terms with his dad, who has torn one of his six wings from him.
Mechanically he stands out as the first (and for five years, only) good deity with access to the Destruction domain. Even now he's the only one there's real information about and a good favored weapon. This gives him some pretty interesting battle Clerics. By taking the Rage subdomain and Anger Inquisition they can get a Barbarian's rage twice. Until level 15+ (via Mad Magic, which is expensive to grab this way) this requires picking between casting and rage, but that's not much an issue for those taking the approach of buffing then moving in to smash.
