Molokh Slugtongue (also known as the Famine-Fiend, the Barren One, and the Lord of the Black Harvest) is one of the bevvy of new Beastmen special characters introduced in the 7th edition army book for Warhammer Fantasy Battles. Similar to how Taurox is a Khorngor in everything but name, so too is Molokh a not Pestigor. A Bray Shaman clearly devoted to Nurgle, this skull-faced, parasite-infested horror specializes in sowing famine, pestilence and plagues throughout the lands of men to weaken them for his braying hordes of followers.
He, like many a neglected Beastmen character, never received an official model and wasn't mentioned officially in any of the End Times books. According to Josh Reynolds, he was drawn into The Glottkin's horde when Karl Franz was possessed by the spirit of Sigmar and spiritually nuked the battlefield. Slugtongue then apparently went to Marienburg to lick his wounds before the world got blown up.
