Shakya is ''the'' buffmander of the Hektor Heresy, rivaled only by Johannes on the traitor side. If used carefully, his Occulari can double the amount of potential targets for Shakya's divination buffs, and he's deceptively powerful in combat too. His melee output may seem pretty mediocre for a primarch, but think about it with divination powers to back it up. Yeah, even with his middling gear and stats, Shakya is actually one of the more formidable challenge primarchs, though if he's blowing his powers on himself for a duel, that means he isn't buffing his army.
