It obviates stealth as a 4-7 mote anima banner, but decreases the target's Dex for the purpose of DV calculation by the amount the user's Appearance has raised. Used outside combat or in Social Combat, it may be used to infatuate and enhance social attacks, and decreases the target's MDV in the same way it would reduce Dodge DV.
