A naval officer in his late 30s. Medium height and build, bronzed skin, thick curly hair and a bit of a beard. He doesn't ook much like a military officer at all. Usually wears a grey-white everyday officer uniform without visible insigna, despite his rank of commodore. Prone to unconventional thinking and acting on instinct. He commands the Experimental IV Wing, a non-combat unit that tries out new equipment and tactics in mock-combat situations.
Apparently he had a short past as a ship captain, but his vessel was shot down in the Third Valhallian War years ago, and he's been stuck at a desk ever since.
He has the strange habit of calling military hardware with off nicknames, like mechas being "tin cans" and starships "boxes" for example, but it varies.
