Mystic is one of the core classes in Starfinder, a wisdom based caster class dealing in the subtler forms of magic. The mystic spell list is full of psionic stuff like esp, telepathy, and telekinetics, as well as powers of life and death such as healing. The more spectacular wizardish spells like making things spontaneously explode or summoning otherworldy terrors to claw at your enemies are more the providence of Witchwarpers.
