They can cast Dimension Door and secrete a slippery substance that acts like the Grease spell. * Bogun: A small winged humanoid construct created by a druid out of bits of plant and animal matter. They are telepathically linked to their creator and have a personality of their own and are not always obedient. They are too weak to be effective fighters but they do have poisonous nettles woven into them that inflict dexterity damage with their attacks. * Bone Naga * Bone Ooze * Braxat * Breathdrinker: Evil air elementals that like to suck the air out of people's lungs. They normally are invisible, but when attacking they take the form of a misty copy of their victim. They can paralyze people who make eye contact with them with fear. * Bronze Serpent: A metal snake-like construct that heals when hit with electrical attacks and has an electric bite. * Catoblepas * Celestial: Two types of Guardinals ** Cervidal ** Lupinal * Chain Golem * Chaos Roc: Brightly colored colossal-size birds that can fire beams from their eyes that act similarly to the Prismatic Spray spell. * Cloaked Ape: Apes with flaps of skin connecting their arms and legs that allow them to fly, but not very well. They also have fast healing. * Clockwork Horror: Clockwork spiders that strip worlds of all metal to make more of themselves. Gold and Platinum Horrors can shoot lightning bolts while the one and only Adamantine Horror has several spell-like abilities, but all types have a weakness against the Shatter spell, which temporarily blinds them. Gold and above Horrors share a single mind with all other Horrors within 10 miles. ** Electrum Horror ** Gold Horror ** Platinum Horror ** Adamantine Horror * Cloud Ray: Colossal-size rays that can levitate and use telekinesis and are resistant to arrows. * Corollax: Birds that can use Color Spray. They can be trained as companions and taught to imitate speech but can't actually understand speech. * Corpse Gatherer: A gargantuan undead formed from an entire graveyard animated into a massive humanoid shape made of grave dirt, tombstones, and corpses. They are driven to absorb more bodies into themselves, which also traps the souls of its victims. It constantly produces an aura that acts like the Desecrate spell. When they are killed they break apart and leave several zombies behind. * Crimson Death: A undead creature resembling a humanoid made of fog. They drink blood and turn red when they have recently fed. * Darktentacles: An aberration resembling an octopus with 36 tentacles that can be up to 20 feet long. They are capable of wielding weapons with their tentacles and have a few spell-like abilities and can regenerate lost tentacles in one day. * Deathbringer: A large humanoid undead. They can instantly kill victims by pressing their face against the victim's and releasing deadly sound waves in a kiss of death. They can also imitate the effects of the Shout and Jump spells, the former three times per day and the latter as many times as they want. They can be summoned to the material plane to complete tasks and they will fulfill the letter of their summoner's commands as quickly as possible because they hate being on the material plane. * Effigy * Elemental Weird * [[Ether scarab * [[Ethereal doppelganger * [[Ethereal slayer * [[Famine spirit * [[Felldrake * [[Fiendwurm * [[Fihyr * [[Firbolg * [[Fire bat * [[Flesh jelly * [[Fomorian * [[Forest sloth * [[Frost salamander * [[Galeb duhr * [[Gambol * [[Giant * [[Glimmerskin * [[Golem * [[Gravecrawler * [[Gravorg * [[Greenvise * [[Grell * [[Grimalkin * [[Grizzly mastodon * [[Half-fiend (durzagon) * [[Half-golem * [[Hellfire wyrm * [[Hook horror * [[Immoth * [[Ixitxachitl * [[Jahi * [[Jermlaine * [[Juggernaut * [[Julajimus * [[Kopru * [[Leechwalker * [[Legendary animal * [[Leviathan * [[Linnorm * [[Loxo * [[Marrash * [[Meenlock * [[Megalodon * [[Megapede * [[Monster of legend * [[Moonbeast * [[Mooncalf * [[Moonrat * [[Morkoth * [[Mudmaw * [[Myconid * [[Needlefolk * [[Neogi * [[Nethersight mastiff * [[Nightmare beast * [[Nimblewright * [[Ocean strider * [[Orcwort * [[Ormyrr * [[Phase wasp * [[Phoenix * [[Planetouched * [[Psurlon * [[Ragewind * [[Raggamoffyn * [[Rampager * [[Razor boar * [[Reason stealer * [[Red sundew * [[Rogue eidolon * [[Rukarazyll * [[Runic guardian * [[Scorpionfolk * [[Shadow spider * [[Sirine * [[Spawn of Kyuss * [[Spell weaver * [[Spellgaunt * [[Spellstitched creature * [[Spirit of the land * [[Stone spike * [[Swamplight lynx * [[Sylph * [[Tauric creature * [[Tempest * [[Teratomorph * [[Thri-kreen * [[Titanic creature * [[Twig blight * [[Vaporighu * [[Warbeast * [[Windghost * [[Wyste * [[Yak folk * [[Yugoloth * Appendix: Templates ** Captured One ** Chimeric Creature ** Death Knight (You can help by filling in this list) </div></div>
