The Queens Children was the first major spiritual seat created alongside of The Ultramarines, During the Desolation of Lorgar, they aided the Macragge Migrant fleet in supressing Lorgar's uprisings by supplanting his creed with the Aurelian Cult. Despite officially being in charge of The Ancillae order on Bergenvan, the Abbess of the Largest Ancillae organization in the Imperium often means that on a pragmatic level the opposite is true. The Queen's Children chapter often works as a Liason to other Ultramarine successor chapters who are working in the area, providing them with Ancillae support, as well as tactical and spiritual knowledge.
