====Gilbert Reed====
* An engineer for Basilisk Armory Munitions. He occasionaly shows up in the news every couple of months for one of his inventions resulting in the BAM testing range blowing up, or catching fire, or inadvertant property damage. He is pretty much the picture of a mad scientist that is a hermit in his lab, complete with the unkempt frazzled graying hair and lab coat. Outside of his obsession with building questionable weapons not much is known about him due to his reclusive nature.
